1. What is Laser? What is the Yag Laser and Diode Laser?
In physics, a laser is a device that emits light through a specific mechanism for which the term laser is an acronym: light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation.
The Yag laser is the kind of machine of which the laser mediam is Yag rod and Xe-lump, and the diode laser talks about the machine that laser is stimulated from an diode pump.

1)For the Yag series.We have big engraving range and high speed machine(TJ YAG-524) and mass production multihead machine.(TJ YAG-505B with 3 heads, TJ YAG-504C with 8 heads, and TJ YAG-508 with 16 heads)
2)For the diode series.We have smart aircooling machine(TJ DP-521K), the high stability big engraving range machine(TJ DP-522K), and the rapid scanner laser machine(TJ DP-523K)
3.How does the laser process work?
The laser is focussed into the glass, in the focal point the energy is so high that the structure is change in a small point. Controled by computer software, an image is created point by point in the crystal by the power of the laser beam.
4.What kind of software should be used in order to laser any 3D motive into glass?
Usually we need two kind of software for engraving:the point-cloud coneverting software and the engraving control software.
1) Point-cloud converting software can convert the image file format (bmp,asc, dxf and so on) to on special image file format which consist of abundant small points, which we can point-cloud.
2)Tje engraving control software is used for controlling hte output of the laser beam and the movement of the X-Y-Z axis.
5.Which material the 3D laser marking machine can engrave？
Genarally speakiing, most transparent materials can be engraved such as crystal, glass, acrylic.Normally we recommend the K9 grade crystal for the best solution.
6.How long will it takes to engrave an on-spot 3D portrait?
Generally, there are three steps for an on-spot 3D portriat:
1) Taking an picture by 3D photo.(1 munites)
2) Process the software.(3-5 munies)
3) Engraving on an crystal.(the time depends on the machine:For the size 50x50x80mm crystal, it will take 3 mins by the TJ DP-521 but just 1 mins by the TJ DP-523)
7.Is there any comsumptional parts of your Laser machine?
There are mainly two kinds of laser machine. The Yag series adopt the Xe-lamp and Yag rod, the Xe lamp is a kind of consumable part which can work about three months. The diode series don't have the consunable parts, it normally can be used for 16,000 hours.
8.How about your training?
